Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and not barred from using the service under applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful where you are.

Beta software

The service is provided as a closed beta, on an as-is and as-available basis. Features may change, break, or be discontinued at any time, and access may be limited or revoked at our discretion.

Not financial advice

DexTrader.ai operates autonomous trading agents and presents information about their activity. Nothing in the service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

Risk disclosure

Trading digital assets and derivatives carries substantial risk, including the risk of losing your entire capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Only commit funds you can afford to lose.

Your account and funds

You are responsible for your wallet, your credentials, and your funds. We do not custody your private keys and never ask for them. Keep your login and wallet secure; activity through your account is your responsibility.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for conduct that threatens the service or other users.

Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable law. These terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property beyond using the service as intended.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms as the product changes. When we do, we will revise the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
